Travel Montana: (Montana Department of Commerce - Call: 1 (800)Visit MT or 1 (800) 847-4868) The Tourism Information and Fulfillment System (TIFS) was developed to better assist potential travelers to Montana by providing vacation planning assistance both over the phone and on the web. MARS STOUT provides a professional staff of Montana vacation planning counselors to handle the 1-800-VISIT-MT toll free tourism promotion line and respond to thousands of email requests for travel information monthly. The MARS STOUT managed TIFS program has already handled 1.7 million tourism inquiries for Montana working to provide information in a timely manner and providing additional recreation opportunities to potential tourists hoping to spread the tourism dollar around Montana and to extend the stay of our potential visitors in Montana.
Montana's Fish, Wildlife, & Parks: The Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks has partnered with Montana Call Center/MARS STOUT to provide an information hotline to assist outdoor enthusiasts.

Regional Partners:

The Regional Tourism Commission is a non-profit tourism promotional organization funded by members of the Commission and tax dollars. MARS STOUT partners with three of Montana's six tourism regions. We provide cutting edge customer service technologies to potential visitors to Montana. Our call center, fulfillment services and electronic marketing capabilities have provided our clients with the best regional tourism inquiry management program in Montana. Our carefully designed inquiry management database and reporting capabilities have produced direct mail response rates above 25% and direct email response rates above 20%!
